To Our Valued Guests:
First, allow us to express our sincere appreciation to you, our loyal guests, for your patience and continued support during this time. We are happy to share that Watson’s is once again open. Let us assure you we are doing everything we can to be safe and responsible during this time.
We realize that many of you have mixed emotions. We understand your concerns and would like to share with you what we have done as well as what we are asking for your cooperation with.
While our housekeeping staff has always done an excellent job, we are raising our standards even higher. Our housekeepers are paying careful attention to sanitizing details like door handles, remote controls, and telephones. The frequency of cleaning common areas has also increased.
Stand-alone hand sanitation units are placed throughout the building.
Protective Plexiglas has been installed at the front desk reception area.
Our staff is required to wear masks at all times. We are also doing our best to have minimum hand to hand contact.
While in our lobby and other common areas, please use masks and practice social distancing when at all possible.
Our pool is now open. Please note our pool hours have changed for this summer. The pool will be from 10AM-2PM. It will be closed for two hours and again open from 4PM to 8PM. No pool toys of any kid may be brought into the pool area. Please maintain social distancing while in the pool and on the pool deck.
Our hot tub will remain closed for summer 2020.
For the time being, our housekeeping staff will not be doing stay over service as we are practicing social distancing for the safety of our guests and staff. We ask that you place trash and used towels outside your door. We also ask that you call the front desk before 4:00 pm and let us know what supplies you need. Housekeeping door service will place any supplies you need outside of your door and pick up used towels and trash. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Reservations can be paid for in advance over the phone or charged to the credit card on file upon check in.
