Hotel Policies

One parking space per unit.
Four Night Special – Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.
Five Night Special – Sunday arrival with Friday departure.
Add $20.00 per night for holiday period and peak season weekends.
One night deposit required to confirm reservation.
7 days notice required for refund of deposit (less cancellation fees.)
Beach tags included – up to 5 tags per room.

Only one discount per reservation. *No discounts during peak season.
Rates are quoted for up to 4 persons. Maximum 5 occupants per suite.
Daily charge for each additional person $15.00. Children under 3 stay FREE!
Cribs/Cots available at additional charge.
Pets are not permitted.
Must be 21 years or older to check in.

General

Guests of Watson’s Regency Suites receive the highest level of service and care. We furnish each suite with a wide range of amenities including wireless internet access, in-room coffee, free parking*, and complimentary beach tags to start your vacation as soon as you arrive. Vending machines, and ice are available onsite.

ACCOMMODATIONS

All rooms are 1 bedroom suites with a queen bed in the bedroom. The living room has sofa that pulls out to a Queen and a single. Each room has a full dining room, full Kitchen and a full bath.
